Best Experience at the Doctors Office Ever!
Dr. Kowalski and his staff were friendly, attentive to my needs and concerns and barely made me wait in the waiting room at all. They were extremely flexible with my busy schedule and had great communication throughout the pre op and post op processes. I highly recommend ACENT for all your ear nose and throat needs! Thanks Dr. Kowalski and staff for making this process much less stressful than I expected. I can now breath clearly through my nose which is a big step in my life and I won't forget the care you all showed for me! Cheers

One of the very best doctors I have had in my life
Dr. Kowalski is without a doubt the most broadly skilled doctor I have experienced in my life (62 years of age). He has mastered listening and explanation skills with a strong medical background. His willingness to explain things and truely listen is what I have only experienced previously with Physician Assistants or Nurse Practioners. I find it especially refreshing to see these skills in a specialist.

fantastic experience in the face of a scary situation
Dr. Kowalski gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong and the best ways to approach treatment with several options along the way. He was very careful to make this as pain free as possible and the procedure was fairly quick. Followup was so positive and healing incredibly fast. I felt totally safe and secure the whole time. I had a really good experience here with everyone I spoke with. Everyone was so sweet, and in the past I have dealt with other doctors who have not made me feel nearly as comfortable and welcome as I felt here.

Great explanations and takes the time needed
The front desk staff was attentive and works well together. The medical assistant was great and very friendly. Dr.Kowalski was very kind, took all the time needed to explain my diagnosis, my care plan and answer all my questions. I had a great experience and will be back!!
