Dr. Diana Traquina, MD

Dr. is good but the office and staff are the worst I've ever encountered. Staff is combative, rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Would demand payment before we even received the invoice and make excuses and argue with you if you complain. Office is filthy and devoid of any toys or entertainment for children. What kind of pediatric Dr. Office has nothing for kids to pass the time? Wait times are the worst I've ever experienced. One to two hours waits are the norm. Overall experience is pathetic. Do yourself and child a favor and find another pediatric surgeon.
