Dr. Phillip Grandstaff, MD

I have used dr Grandstaff 3 or 4 times over the years. I found him to be one of the kindest and most knowledge doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter. I am only disappointed that I can no longer find him listed on Amwell. He is truly top notch. He is warm and seems to care. Very helpful and understanding.

I met with Dr Grandstaff online and it was the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever gone through. He interrupted me several times and did not let me ask even a few simple questions. Then HE HUNG UP ON ME. I was shocked. It was clear from the beginning that he didn't care about me or taking the time to explain how prescription options could affect my health. I would not recommend seeing Dr Matt Grandstaff.

Dr. Grandstaff was very friendly, focused on my symptoms and allowed me the time to ask questions. Yet still allowed me a quick visit to help my with my sinus infection without have to lug my butt into a urgent care room for something so simple.
