Life Changing
I had been to 3 orthopedic surgeons before I found Dr. Mazzola. I was resigned to the fact that I would have to have a shoulder replacement. I was in a car accident when I was 17, that injury came back in the form of arthritis in my 30s. Dr. Mazzola has done multiple treatments on me including PRP and Stem Cells. I was unable to throw a frisbee, wipe my …, and I was unable to sleep without having my arm propped up. I was always in pain. I will never be 100% but the treatments have given me a better quality of life. I don’t need the bidet, now it’s a luxury and not a necessity. I played a round of disc golf last week and was not in horrible pain after, these are things I lived with before. SO yeah, Dr. Mazzola and his practice have been life changing for me and I am sure I will be a patient for a long time to come. Thank You.

Truly Excellent Doctor
My experience with Dr. Siddiqui could not have been better. He helped to diagnose a problem that I'd been seeing multiple other doctors for and gave me the proper treatment and I'm walking away pain free and able to do exercises and activities I thought I'd never be able to do again. I am so happy I found this practice and will be coming back in the future if I ever need to again. Thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable , helpful , approachable
I would highly recommend Dr. Siddiqui and ROSM. I am an avid (some would say rabid) hiker and adventurer. Among other things, I have thru-hiked the Appalachian trail (twice) climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Acconcagua and Mt. Everest base camp .
I had stem cell injections done by a different doctor at another practice ( at twice the cost) and received no relief from the pain. A physical therapist reccomended Dr. S and I had stem cell injections again. I can now hike and backpack again.

A true healer
Dr. Siddiqui is exceptional: a warm, sensitive, & caring physician who resolved my long-term elbow tendonitis. I was in great pain & very discouraged. Dr. S. listened attentively with genuine compassion. He took time to provide clear, detailed explanations of my condition & the options for addressing it. Dr. S. was undeniably skilled in my treatment, unfailingly considerate throughout, & encouraging in follow-up appointments. He is a wonderful person, a consummate professional, a true healer.

The way patient care should be
In everything from scheduling, flexibility, communication (thank you, Kaitlyn Lee in the McLean office) ROSM is a class act. They take interest in finding the cause of pain and working with you on treatments until you have relief. They are a true credit to patient centered care. Thank you for the attention you give to finding a cure, not just providing treatment.
My specific care was for a pinched neck nerve causing right arm pain and weakness, and a labrum tear in my hip. Dr Broussard treated the first, Dr Ariemma the second. Both were outstanding, identifying the cause, recommending PT and injection treatments, culminating in no pain for the past year.
I recommended ROSM to my friend who had suffered a neck and lower back injury in a car accident. Dr Siddiqui has been treating her with the same care that I experienced. She is still getting treatments but is feeling results and as pleased as I am with the overall care and professionalism at ROSM.

I wish all other medical professionals would visit ROSM and learn from them how to manage a caring practice.
Dr. Siddiqui’s manner is holistic and empathetic towards my pain. His approach itself reduced my anxiety. His careful diagnosis and treatment of my neck pain has produced results. The communication between me and the office via the patient portal is very efficient. I get a response from the receptionist Miss. Kaitlyn Lee within 24 hours. Kaitlyn is very personable and helpful for all patients there. Finally, I have never met any medical assistants who are as kind and understanding as Chawdry. I told him that he seems born to be a medical professional. He checked on me several times in a very caring way while I was waiting to see Dr. Siddiqui to make sure I was okay. He apologized for wait, even though it wasn’t long. It was the opposite of my experience with the National Spine and Pain Center, where no one checked on me even though I was waiting for a long time. Whenever I visit ROSM, I feel that my health and wellbeing matter to each of the people in the office. THANK YOU!!!

Could not be more happy with my care!
I came to Siddiqui at the end of my rope with a problem that had been bothering me for months. I'd gone to multiple other doctors, but we could never figure out the problem. It took one appointment for Dr. Siddiqui to diagnose my issue and plan treatment. 6 months and two rounds of PRP later I am pain free and able to do the activities I did before again. I could not be more thankful for Dr. Siddiqui and the whole wonderful team at ROSM!

Just what I needed
Have had chronic pain and have been discharged by other doctors. Dr. Siddiqui was specific, identified the issue (which has yet to be done), and provided me treatment options. I am relieved we have a treatment plan and looking forward to be pain free to resume my active lifestyle and regular activities.

I would trust my life with Dr. Siddiqui. Fortunately, I didn't have to.
Dr. Siddiqui is awesome because he really listens to what you say. He found my problem and solved it in one treatment when other doctors just looked at be blankly as if to say I couldn't be in pain where I said I was hurting. While other doctors think they are God. He is humble enough to be His messenger.

Relief from De Quervain's Tenosynovitis
I was diagnosed with De Quervain's tenosynovitis in Dec 2019. I tried physical therapy but the pain was getting worse and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to lift my 7 month old son. I visited Dr. Siddiqui in Feb and, after a sonogram, he recommended Prolotherapy. 3 weeks later, the pain was almost gone! I had a 2nd treatment today and the ultrasound showed the tear in my tendon is healing well. Dr. Siddiqui and the staff at ROSM in Tysons are knowledgeable, attentive, kind and thorough.

Stem Cell Therapy and PRP Injections success
Dr. Siddiqui did a thorough diagnosis of my torn gluteus tendons and hips and determined I was a candidate for Lipogems stem cell therapy and PRP injections. The injections combined with physical therapy have almost completely healed my torn tendons and arthritis in the hip joints. I have re-gained lost strength and feel "normal". Dr. Siddiqui is a highly skilled and effective physician and a delight to work with.

Being treated for a torn hamstring - Dr. Siddiqui is terrific; treatment is working, everything is explained in just the right amount of detail as are options. Best of all, he has been 100% invested in helping me to keep working out while the hamstring heals.

Knowledgeable, direct & kind
I have seen a lot of doctors for my knee - and Dr. Siddiqui was one of the best so far. I appreciated his time, compassionate listening, and also his direct/honest responses. He inspires a lot of confidence in his expertise and ability to think about the best way forward for you - given your specific situation/life circumstances. Great experience!
I loved seeing the sonogram right at the table. I was able to save so much time and energy by-passing the MRI. It was nice to have a quick diagnosis and make decisions about treatment.

an amazing doctor!!
love love love Dr. Siddiqui, who is willing to sit and spend time hearing what's going on and all the different pieces (even if you think they're relevant and they turn out not to be). Calm, collected, clear even when he's not 100% about something. It's always a conversation rather than a set of orders. One tough part is he's also nearly always late, sometimes significantly. I'll absolutely continue seeing him despite that, as I know he'll sit with me and spend time. But I suspect this issue could be fixed by fewer appointments, allowing him to spend that time with people without penalizing later appointments.
