Went in for my annual, which is covered 100% by insurance. Discussed how I was generally feeling, I mentioned back and knee pain but I have an orthopedist for those problems. She gave me a print out of exercises so I took them anyway. She sent a bill to my insurance with codes for diagnosing my knee pain and a list of other things we casually discussed. Says that the visit was not an annual so I wind up with a bill!! Since when can you not talk freely during a Dr. visit????
