Very disappointed with the surgery. I figured I would remove hemorrhoids while undergoing a colonoscopy. No difference at all with the 'BET' hemorrhoid removal surgery. Also, privacy is disrespected at this facility. All patients looking at each other (no curtains), hearing others question/answers from nurses. Doctor was late to the surgery, not fun after fasting for 24 hours. Miserable experience, very crowded waiting room the day of surgery with others not looking too happy about it either. I will not return for next colonoscopy. Doctor doesn't even call you himself with your results, leaves that up to the nurses. Felt like cattle this time.
