Dr.Valencia has great personality, she was very informative of the options for the treatment, considering our individual needs.
She made surgery and recovery experience positive and easy!
Her office staff was very caring and ready to help. No waiting in lines for appointment!

Amazing medical AND customer service
I've been seeing Dr. Valencia for two years now for my tendinitis and she has always been patient and thorough. Dr. Abbott and the front desk staff always make me feel like family - I actually enjoy coming to the doctor. They are also as accommodating as they can be with scheduling which is a big help. I recommend them to all!

fabulous experience with an incredible doctor
Dr. Valencia saw me right away to assess a differential between a sprain and fracture - despite a very busy schedule. She is warm, friendly, professional and soothing. She also diagnosed a ligament tear that was completely unexpected. She and Dr. Abbott were professional and supportive during my surgical procedure (right in the office- an accredited surgical facility) and the anesthesiologist was also lovely.
This is a great group - none can compare
