Dr. Mizrachi received his medical degree from the Hebrew University and Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem and then completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Rabin Medical Center, a leading tertiary care center in Israel, which is also the largest cancer center in the country serving a population of approximately 4.5 million people.
