Dr. Hickman was provided a report from a psychologist in her office for my 6 year old son. Dr. Hickman's receptionist told me to show up 15min early to my initial apt. and called to confirm the apt. 3 times. I did as instructed and then proceeded to wait for the Dr. an extra 35min.
