I wish I could give him 10 stars. Dr. Nicholson has brought my treatment to a new level of effectiveness through the right treatment for OCD. I was misdiagnosed for years, kept getting different meds to try each month. Others said the same thing each time. Dr Nicholson is not like others I’ve had. He never gets mad at me (unlike every other psychiatrist) because he knows I'm just trying to feel better and beating OCD is not easy.
