Once you get in to see Dr. Booth she is nice and has a good bedside manner, however there are way too many times we have called to get an appointment to be seen in the near future and we always get told, " Go to urgent care or go to the ER." These are not issues that need to be taken care of in the ER where you sit for hours and hours because it is not a life-threatening problem. I thought things would improve when she joined another group, but they definitely have not.
