Dr.Helen Ross is a joke. She is very demeaning, cruel, arrogant, nasty, and fast. She will not take the time to exam you and the questions she did answer she answered with a defiant nastiness. She insulted and belittled me. It is hard to make me uncomfortable but this woman, (for the sake of censorship) was able to do it well with relative ease.
