I met with Tyler and Ki they were great
I didn’t see Dr Edwards but Tyler and another person Ki not sure his spelling but they were excellent. My past experiences haven’t been as good. But this one was excellent.

Staff was very friendly.
Walk in to the office and was treated within 2 minutes. The staff in the examination room was very nice and asked the right questions.

All of the staff made me feel like they genuinely cared about my cohealth concerns.
I met with Tyler and felt that he truly cared about my concerns and was very good at looking at the whole picture regarding my concerns with my health. Together we explored different options and ways to proceed to get me on the road to feeling better.

Saw NP, not doctor.
Dr. Edwards did my ACDF surgery three years ago, and it did relieve my symptoms for almost three years. Since developing new/recurring symptoms, I have only seen his NPs and PAs. But they are excellent, and I am happy with their service.

Extremely helpful and caring staff.
I found Dr. Edwards online and called that day. I filled out the new patient form and received a call from Dr.Edwards that day. I have been in need of an appointment with a neurosurgeon since January, with all other offices being unable to get me in until May. I was more than excited that I have now seen Dr. Edwards and plans have been made to help me with my condition.

Highly professional from initial visit to post op follow-up.
Had reverse shoulder replacement surgery in early November. We chose Dr Gary Edwards because he was younger and knowledgeable on the latest techniques for shoulder replacements. Things have gone very well after surgery, even starting passive physical therapy 2 weeks after surgery.

Visit was very positive, and I felt confident with the assessment plan
Comprehensive patient care seems to be the objective. I learned that the Edwards doctors are brothers with complementary specialties and consult together for patient care. That was impressive. Actually, when my MRI results were available, the doctor, himself, called me. He presented a plan and ask if it was agreeable with me. We then proceeded. I felt like a team member in my own care. Respect was appreciated. The PA's were knowledgeable and consulted with the doctors in a team effort. Communication was excellent. Concerns were heard and addressed. Under most circumstances, patients can expect a conservative and careful approach before surgery is considered. If a patient wishes to discuss alternative care options, that discussion is respected. A staff member helps weary patients with referrals and scheduling of any ordered tests.

Surgery went very well and the follow up with home health was so very helpful. The visits with the NP’S was very good so nice to have such a great office

Exceeded my expectations! Excellent!
Dr. Edwards took the time to visit with me about my options and possible outcomes. I felt like he and his associates always had my best interest at heart from my initial consult. I loved the minimally invasive surgery and his progressive procedures. Overall a most pleasant experience!
