Wonderful doctor....horrible experience with staff
There is a woman named Alexandra that works for this doctor and she is the rudest clerical person I've ever encountered. I have seen many doctors in my 53 year, and have encountered some rude receptionists but NEVER one as rude as Alexandra. I will no longer see Dr. Roche and it has nothing to with him.
What a shame.
