Dr. Sanborn is very nice and I would trust him to do my surgery, however every time I call the staff says "your chart is on his desk and we will let you know as soon as he lets us know ". It has been about 6 weeks and I still can't get an answer about me getting the surgery, Unless my chart keeps getting put on the bottom of the pile, I think I should have an answer by now. One person said "I am going to pull your chart and go over it with a fine tooth comb to see if we have everything" never got a reply. I paid my $150 went to the classes, went to the other doctors I was required to see. Still nothing.
