I have been seeing Dr Lowney for many years and could not be happier with the level of care I have received from him. He may seem a little unconventional, but he is a bright and inquisitive doctor that will not disappoint. He listens and will do all it takes to keep his patients healthy or treat their ailments. He can be humorous and offbeat but first and foremost, he is a doctor concerned for his patients with the ultimate goal of healing.
