Assessment of chronic pain condition
Physician was attentive, compassionate, and willing to discuss possible solutions for my chronic pain. Have had multiple procedures performed by Dr. Chang, with more to go. Confidence in him is strong. At my age of 79, progression of care is being tempered and Dr. Chang is very understanding of my concerns. I am very pleased~!

Dr Paul Chang - Patient of his for over two years
I've been a patient of his for over two years and he's the best. I'm very happy that he's in my corner for the chronic pain I'm experiencing do to a severe MVA. I would recommend his office to anyone because of the support of of his staff and I do feel like part of the family.

Dr. Chang is Great!
Dr. Chang has been great working on different areas of neck and back to try and help alleviate pain! He and his staff is always helpful and listen to my concerns. Thanks to everyone!

Dr. Chang was my doctor before I was changed to Dr. Donner
Dr. Pulido did 2 lumbar facet injections based on MRI ordered by Dr. Velasco, an orthopedic doctor. I later had RFA with Dr. Chang. I had asked for anesthesiologist as I had with the 1st two injections but no one at Griffin office scheduled one so I had the RFA done without anesthesia. On 12/18/17, I was referred to a doctor at Resurgens and told my records would be sent. When I called on 1/4/18 to verify I was told no one at Griffin office had requested my records be faxed. Very disappointed.

CAring and concerned provider that makes time for patient concerns.
I have had experience with 4 different pain management clinics due to frequent re-locations. Dr Chang is the best pain management provider I have experienced.

Suffer from arthritis and fibromyalgia, she Dr Chang for chronic pain medications. He has been good and thorough, pleased with experience.

Dr Chang is awesome
Great at answering my questions as well as my husband's. His bedside manner is great. He tries to treat you without hooking you to narcotics. This was a big fear from my ex's past with his pill pushing pain care doctor.
I absolutely would recommend Dr Chang to anyone.

overall good, but he is anti-drug therapy and i am anti-surgery
Excellent physician- however I am against invasive procedures unless absolutely necessary and have lived comfortably, actively and happily with drug and exercise (stretching/core strengthening) for 12+ years. Dr Chang is pro-neuroablation or facet procedures which I resist unless and until my condition requires them, as it did in the beginning (2003 or so). I fail to see how any "regulation" should affect a working therapy which is monitored monthly, never abused, and 100% effective in the goal of letting me live a fairly active, happy, comfortable life. i realize that it may be required that he push against narcotics but when they work and are NOT abused, they are entirely effective and justified.

Listens to patient feelings, very supportive
I have spent a dozen years coping with 3 herniated discs via medication and exercise, and wish to continue a therapy which WORKS very well until and unless circumstances change, in which case I'll happily consider neuroablation or other therapy. Dr. Chang is (mostly) supportive of this desire on my part and I have lived a happy, comfortable, active life for several years under his care, without impediment from my back problems. I hope to continue for more years, unless I do something very stupid to exacerbate my back problems or they get worse on their own. And when/if that happens, I would go to Dr. Chang for the needed procedure.
