He provided a lot of time to answer our questions, and took time to explain the different options. And this is not only on this visit, but on all previous ones.

Dr. Tsai is the family physician for my two Mentally Challenged Adult brothers. He has been excellent in diagnosing their medical needs and is always available to consult with me and discuss their progress. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful physician to care for my brothers.

Dr. Tsai has been helping me find the underlying causes of some major health issues I've had and has been terrific. He always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and I never feel rushed. He always gives me multiple treatment options and explains the possible benefits and drawbacks of each. He always provides helpful context and is a very effective communicator. Overall he's very easy to talk to and thoroughly investigates all symptoms and possibilities. One of the best doctors I've dealt with.
