we love Spring Valley Pediatrics overall. We have always had great experiences and they are so wiling to take the extra time with us every time we are sick. Our pediatrician, Dr Caroline VanVleck, is the best pediatrician we have ever had. She cares for my children as if they were her own. We think she is the best pediatrician in Washington DC!

Dr. Sexter has always been pleasant, attentive and patient with my daughters as patients, and very patient with me when I have questions. Her nurse is exceptionally responsive, helpful and the office very well organized.
