He is a hired shill for Blue Cross to deny needed surgeries. Despite the fact that my wife is in pain 24/7 and two different neurosurgeons, educated in the US, not India, have recommended back surgery he denied the surgery as not necessary. He also refuses to call back her Dr. for a peer to peer conference even though numerous calls have been made to him for a three week period requesting a peer to peer conference!
