Biopsy for abnormal pap

Dr. Kao is great, she was very detailed & informative in step by step instructions on today's procedure & set clear expectations of the possible outcomes as well. Dr. Kao seems to really care about her patients & I trust her knowledge & judgement.

Always available to listen and asks great follow up questions

Dr. Kao is awesome, she listens well, answers all of my questions in details and makes sure that I leave with all my questions answered. She doesn't rush me and makes me feel like a value patient and mom most importantly. I have already recommended her to several of my friends in which she is their doctor as well and they love her.
