Dr. Khoury's care during my ACL injury was excellent.
I'm glad I selected Dr. Khoury to manage my ACL/meniscus surgery. He took the time to answer my questions. The frequent post-operative appointments helped make it clear what activities I could progress to doing as I recovered and regained strength.

Clear road to successful recovery
Dr. Khoury was able to clearly explain what needed to be done to meet my recovery goals. He performed the surgery and I have recovered along the timeline I had been told to reasonably expect. Have begun returning to post injury activities while at diminish levels, but no pain and I continue to regain mobility and strength.

Excellent, as always.
As I like to tell everyone, Dr. Khoury is the best doctor I've seen, primarily due to his excellent 'bedside manner.' He is a kind and empathetic communicator, taking time to clearly explain the injury and options. I did not feel pressured into any decision, but supported in learning more to make the best choice for me. This, paired with his very high level of experience, knowledge, and skill, makes him a world-class physician. I'm grateful to have had his services here in Jackson.

rotator cuff surgery to fix a torn superspinatus tendon
Dr. Khoury was thoughtful, accomodating and professional. He helped me delay surgery a few months to allow for a pre planned trip and everything went just as he explained pre surgery.

Dr. Khoury listens to you! Like no other doc I have had.
I have struggled on and off with my knees. Every time I have seen Dr. Khoury or his team, they listen, they don't just say Oh yea, you have a problem. Each time they examined what stag my knee was in and gave me options for recovery. Dr. Khoury is very positive and encouraging. He gives you the straight story and makes sure you understand what is going on. I would consult Dr. Khoury and his team on any issue orthopedically because I know they will give me the details I need to make the right decision. Excellent team!

A surgeon I trust
He and his staff are personable, willing to listen and offer options when available instead of just rushing to surgery. So far, and I've been seeing him for almost 5 years, everything he's said about my condition and treatment has been spot on. He could have simply recommended surgery and I'd have likely done it. That he was not inclined to go that way has built great trust. I've referred many patients to him with confidence.

Dr. Khoury is super responsive, knowledgaeble and always professional.
Dr. Khoury diagnosed my injury and we made a plan together for surgery and recovery. Because my injury was not so common, my recovery had some challenges, but Dr. Khoury was there along the way: scheduling office visits and responding to emailed questions quickly. I trust his good decision making, and 9 months post-op, am very happy with how well my knee has healed.
