Dr took the time to explain his diagnosis then gave us all of our options. No pressure to make a quick decision. And explained the procedure he was performing when we opted for the tongue tie snip on our newborn.

Best thing i ever did was find an ENT that i trusted for my first kid. 3 kids later and i feel like im seeing Dr. Mendelsohn weekly. I trust his opinion. Has a ton of availability too which is very convenient.
