I was very happy with my appointment. The wait time was very short and the doctor and staff explained every step of the process to me. I love the clarity and their willingness to sit and make sure I understand everything. They show that they do care for my health and want to make sure I am aware of what is going on and I appreciated that.

She was very attentive, addressed all of my needs and clarified all of my questions. I was thrilled to see how friendly she was and her staff took great care of me.

I am extremely delighted to have found such a caring and intelligent dermatologist for my son! Dr Usmani took her time to explain in detail the problem, she answered my questions and made sure I understood all the instruction, probably the only office I've been to where she explained the treatment and then gave written instructions as well which was so helpful! The back staff was extremely pleasant and very kind to me and my son. I had no problems making the appointment and the front desk was very efficient, they got my kids insurance info and referral even when I'd forgotten both things at home. I would refer her to everyone! The amount of knowledge and experience shows and you can tell she cares about her patients!

She is one of the few doctors that really care for the patient and take the time to explain treatment procedure medicine. She is the best.

Dr. Usmani is one of the best dermatologist in the area. She takes her time with each patient and she is very good with children. The staff is also great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was very nervous coming in to my skin surgery appointment. The staff at TruDerm was amazing and made me feel calm about what was to come. Dr. Usmani treated me like I was her own son, and made me feel like a VIP patient. They gave me a pillow and covers while they operated on my neck. I didn't feel as if she rushed at all, she took her time to make everything look good too! I would definitely come here again. Not only was the service great but the office is beautiful, like what you'd see in magazines.

My overall experience was awesome. Dr. Usmani's staff is always personable and helpful. Dr. Usmani is very meticulous and thorough in everything she does and explains everything to you before and during any procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Usmani to anyone. She truly cares for ones well being.
