From registration to recovery. This staff is excellent. Very attentive friendly and do an excellent job. When I woke up, the nurse Lea attended me and she worried about me in everything, she made me feel comfortable with the process after the colonoscopy (which is not very pretty). Thank you for your attention. All the staff I know behaved excellent. Thank you very much.

Great doctor!
Dr. Zapatier took over from my previous physcian that had left the practice. I found him to be very personable. His bedside manner is excellent and he was very good about listening to my issues and offering advice as well as professional expertise. He performed two procedures on me and explained before and after how things were going without rushing and was more than willing ot answer my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Zapatier and the entire staff at D.D.C. were extremely professional, efficient and courteous during my recent endoscopy. From the moment the facility doors opened for check-in, until they closed behind me following my procedure, I truly felt like I was in competent hands and receiving the best care and information pertaining to my medical condition.

I had a positive Cologuard test. Following a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Zapatier assured me that he found no cancer.
Everyone involved in my procedure was professional and friendly.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Zapatier is not my typical experience with most doctors. Dr. Z actually cares about his patients. I witnessed that with my wife’s recent diagnosis and him delivering hard news with empathy and compassion. What I appreciated was a doctor that was straight and to the point when delivering troubling news. Thanks Dr. Z!!!

He has a PhD in Bedside manner
I've had more than my fair share of interactions with Specialists and their teams. This experience was at the top of the top for care, consideration, communication, comfort, and timeliness (ran out of relevant "C" words). At no time did I feel uncomfortable or in the dark, I was provided all the details I wanted.

Wish he was my primary doctor
He searched until he found my problem and found a way to correct it. Previous doctors had ignored what I told them trying to cram me into their box of symptoms. He listened to me and helped.

Easiest proceedure ever
Prior to the appointment, I had prepared myself with horror stories about having a colonoscopy proceedure but inside of 15 minutes, I was feeling better about where I was having it done. They are excellent at what they do. I went to sleep and woke up with everything done and I was feeling great. Hungry, but no pain or even any discomfort and I am so fortunate I didn't wait too long. Thank you Dr. Z and staff.

Colonoscopy
This was a pleasant experience. As far as a medical procedure goes. The entire team the morning of the procedure were great. Dr. Zapatier has a good bedside manner, especially if you’re the nervous type. I felt…. Nothing. Then I woke up and was out the door. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left was barely two and a half hours as I recall. And you’ll feel fabulous that you did something to give yourself personal care before you REALLY need it. Prevention. Prevention. Prevention.

The staff at Digestive Disease Consultants were helpful, professional and very courteous at each step. I had a colonoscopy performed on 5/18. Dr. Zapatier took time to thoroughly explain the procedure and results both before starting and after the colonoscopy was finished.
