Dr. and Staff Non-Responsive
Dr. Moulton told my 93-year old mother she needed to wear a heart monitor. Since the first device had to be returned, the monitor survey period needed to be extended. Although 4 attempts over a week were made to resolve this issue (2 calls to Rachel - front office staff, 1 to Maria - the office manager and a message left on the doctor's emergency line), to date no one has responded.
