I saw Dr. Deanda when she was practicing Psychiatry at Texas Tech University in the Student Health Center. I was a Freshman and Sophomore when I saw her, starting in 2006. I never thought she was rude, and I never noticed that she may have had a problem with me. In 2009 I applied for my first class medical for my Private Pilot License. The FAA denied it immediately and said I could not obtain it until I had seeked psychiatric and psychological evaluations from two different FAA approved doctors....
