was unsure of that insurance and hospital details were set. I sent an email to Alicia and she responded in minutes. Then she called in less than an hour with all the details and dates were set right then! I had no worries after that. The pre-op was perfect as was my eye lid surgery. I am very pleased with my experience and her very attentive support.
