Active in research, Dr. Hamula has published his work in numerous medical journals, including the American Journal of Sports Medicine, the Journal of Arthroplasty, and the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. He has presented and lectured at medical meetings for the Eastern Orthopedic Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, International Society for Hip Arthroscopy, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. Dr. Hamula has been a team physician for the United States Men?s National Soccer Team, L.A. Galaxy, as well as for the L.A. Sparks and Loyola Marymount University teams. He also provides mentorship and guidance for medical students. Dr. Hamula is a member of several organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the Latino Medical Student Association.
