I received outstanding care.
I suddenly started experiencing severe and incapacitating back pain in January 2022. It was the worst pain I had ever felt in my life. I was completely crippled by these attacks which were crushing nerves between my vertebrae and making normal day to day activities impossible. I spent large parts of the day in bed. I went to Dr. NaPier and agreed to major fusion back surgery. Immediately after surgery my nerve pain was gone. Now, 3 months after surgery, I have my life back thanks to Dr. NaPier. He is a patient and understanding doctor who carefully explains the issues and what he will be doing to correct it. He also has a top notch staff working for him. I can't say enough about how well they have taken care of me. If you want to get out of pain and get back to living, I highly recommend Dr. NaPier.

Amazing and professional care throughout

I was very confident in Dr Napier after my first consultation. He explained my MRI and my options in terminology l was able to understand and feel positive about my decision for surgery. A great surgeon
My experience with Dr. NaPier was excellent. He took a conservative approach to my surgery and didn’t do more than he needed to to alleviate my pain. The procedure itself was fast and comfortable at the surgical center. My recovery was far easier than I had expected, I had so little pain, I still can’t believe it. I am 7 weeks post surgery when posting this and just about 100% of my pain is gone. I am so glad I had this procedure when I did and didn’t wait. I would highly recommend Dr. NaPier and Sierra Spine Institute.

Dr. NaPier is an ablsolute professional from start to finish, great to be pain free.
The whole practice is great. Staff is courteous, professional and timely. Felt comfortable talking with Dr. NaPier. My back issues were explained in detail and what my options were. Surgery went smooth and i would recommend him t anyone needing help.

Wonderful experience!
Dr. NaPier and his staff were top notch. The entire process for surgery was very organized. The post-surgery experience was also excellent. Dr. Napier was very professional, yet personal. He explained things terrifically, we never felt rushed, he took the time to answer questions. We highly recommend him. By the way, the surgery was a success!

Miracle Workers
Life Savers!
All I could do was lay in bed getting weaker by the day. Every move was lighting bolts shooting down my legs. When Dr. Napier looked at my MRI scans he immediately had me admitted to the hospital for surgery the following day.
It's only been 5 weeks. Those lightning bolts are gone. Each day is better than the last. The surgical site is tiny and healing fast. The pain from the surgery is nearly gone and sciatic is hardly noticeable. THANK YOU ! ! !

Excellent results. Dr. Napier is awesome.
No one wants spine surgery. But Dr Napier's confidence and competency put me at ease. He made an immediate and accurate diagnosis that has provided me with immediate results. I had been suffering for years. Dr. Napier spends time with you and you don't feel rushed.

Dr. Zachary Napier exceeded my expectations when performing my disc fusion. I did extremely well healing within six weeks because of him preparing me for the surgery and when I need to do after to heal quickly. He was very thorough with the testing prior to surgery which determined a successful outcome. I would really recommend him highly.

Excellent, knowledgeable, young doctor who I trust
Dr. Napier is young, but very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and was confident with his diagnosis. I was going through a workers comp injury and Dr. Napier and his staff made sure it was as smooth as possible. For example, my surgery was initially denied by a third party doctor. I contacted Dr. Napier's office nd they immediately submitted a request to override the denial.

Thankful to have found Dr. Napier!
Struggled for months with nerve pain and numbness. Currently 7 weeks post op after disc replacement surgery and I couldn’t be more happy that I finally had the surgery. I have little to no pain at this point, great mobility, and am working with a physical therapist to get my strength back.
Dr. Napier was very thorough, kind, and professional. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a spinal surgeon.
In addition, Bradie and Raha who work in the office we’re also wonderful and went above and beyond.

Dr. Napier really cares about his patients
If it weren't for Dr. Napier and his team, I know I would not be walking today. He has not only done surgery on my back in several places, but extensive surgery on my neck too. He lets you know that your situation and pain is just as important to him as it is to you. I will never be able to thank him enough for all he has done for me. I am forever grateful.

Outstanding experience.
Dr. NaPier took plenty of time to make me comfortable explaining my back condition and how to resolve it.
He preformed back surgery on me and I’m pain free now.

Listened to “me”, addressed my concerns, and corrected my complications.
I had a previous laminectomy eight years earlier and the compressed nerve root still remained in another vertebrae. Dr. NaPier listened to me and my complicated health challenges with diabetes and other issues and together we made a decision. I admired his expertise and his conservative approach to my surgery and recovery. Good communication is very important to me and both the doctor and the entire team at the office kept me informed, involved, and feeling respected. Compassionate understanding care
Dr. Napier is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. His caring compassion towards his patients is remarkable, he listens to his patients concerns. After having my lower back surgery for decompression of the nerve. I'm now pain free.
