Very likeable, understanding and exceptionally bright...well-educated, as well
I've found her to be very "with it," in addition to her concern, caring and warm and delightful sense of humor. She very definitely will travel the "extra" mile(s) with her patients. Perhaps her appointment schedule will not match that of her patients, but she will work with you to be on the same page. She also seems genuinely concerned with issues of the patient!
