Saved my dad's life. Worked long and hard to coordinate his care. Excellent follow-up. You could tell he really cared instead of "just a job". Working in the health care industry has given me some insight and he treated my dad how I wanted my dad to be treated. This was a Trauma/Emergency room visit and my whole family feels he prevented his death.
