I was very uncomfortable with Dr. Mims. She really pushed that I had a c-section because she said that I would not be able to push the baby out on my own. Luckily, I had an amazing nurse that I could trust. My nurse was my advocate and she had confidence in me. I had a vaginal delivery no thanks to Dr. Mims. She was very cold to me and it was a very tramatic experience. I felt like I had no say in any medical precedures and I was not given many options. I was in labor for almost 15 hours ...

She is one of the best doctors I've ever came across!!
At, first she seems straight forward and doesn't seem like she smiles. But, she is the sweetest woman ever. She does smile, she is very professional, and I really enjoyed her. She also delivered my baby and that was an excellent experience. She was so professional the whole time and worked with myself and my husband. Dr. Mims kept him informed on everything. Dr. Mims is overall a great doctor.
