Terrific doctor, fixed my problem in one visit!
I was at my doctors office twice on two rounds of prednisone with no relief. I saw Dr Epps and he removed the clog from my ear and gave me a rx that worked, my ear was back to 100% in 3 days!!! I can’t tell you the relief I feel! I strongly recommend Dr. Epps and his entire staff was compassionate and have a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Epps and Team!!!

It was really great to meet with Dr. Epps. It was my first time and was concerned about my symptoms but he explained everything wonderfully.
I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly for a problem I was having. He explained everything nicely and provided insight. I did not feel he was rushing with me. He had great bed side manner.

Superior, patient-focused, outcome oriented
The staff must have had extensive training regarding the delivery of the ultimate in patient experience: polite, professional, congenial, knowledgeable.
Dr. Epps was expert in putting me at ease, discussing options, getting me scheduled in a prompt manner, and executing an operation then follow up for which I could not be more pleased. I would strongly recommend you request him if in need of an ENT.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Epps. He is an excellent listener. Dr. Epps also made me very comfortable showing me the results of a nasal/throat procedure done in the office today as well explaining upcoming tests to be ordered and all possibilities those tests may show; he definitely put my mind at ease with his concern for my health.
I highly recommend Dr.Epps!!!!
