Dr. Ferren is both insanely intelligent but also compassionate and so willing to educate in a way that makes sense without making you feel dumb or confused. A different doctor ordered labs for my child and they magically went missing. He moved Heaven and earth to track down those labs and made it his mission to assist me when no one else would. Highly recommend!!
