Dr. Favilli is a caring and thorough Dr he provides good service and I have nothing negative to say about him. However, his receptionist is a Tyrant! They are uncaring, impatient, and dismissive to the patients on the phone and in person. So sad that such a good Dr had such bad "face" when a patient calls or visits.
