I got to know Dr Turpin during my son's hospital stay at LeBonheur for his heart surgery for Tetralogy of fallot. She stayed at his bedisde for hours and hours, even when I took breaks, I would come back to find her there. She even fixed his hair when it got messy. Very smart and kind. I asked to see her in clinic after we went home too. She is compassionate, motherly and very knowledgeable. She has relocated to Florida and we will miss her terribly.
