Dr. John Dogan, MD

I LOVE Dr. Dogan. He is such a friendly, caring doctor. The only problem I've had is with his always changing staff. It's hard going to the same place for 9 months and no one knows who you are because the staff is different each time. They never seemed to know what to do because they were always new! I never had much of a problem with the wait time as long as I was scheduled first thing in the morning. Anytime past an 8 am appt was a long wait. My appointment was @ 10:30. I waited over an hour until noon and was asked to return at one because the doctor had to leave at noon. IT was more like their staff wanted to leave for lunch. Very unprofessional staff they do not know how to manage a schedule their office is extremely unorganized. Would not recommend this place!!
