best possible experience with a medical team
i was able to get an appointment immediately.
upon arriving i was seen immediately.
all the tests were done efficiently and i was given full explanations in advance about what the tests would be and the reasoning behind them. dr kandinov and his team members were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. excellent bedside manner.

Excellent care for a painful ear infection
ENT Williamsburg provided me immediate care when I had an ear infection and the pain was so bad it felt like a drill was being put in my head. Dr Kandinov was very attentive and immediately found the solution that I needed to alleviate the immediate pain and very clear on what I needed to do to heal further. I appreciate the attentive follow ups and taking my call when I felt my recovery was delayed which helped us discover that my pharmacy didn’t provide me all the prescribed medications , Dr Kandinov immediately ensured a new prescription was given immediately and it made all the difference. I also appreciate that Dr Kandinov and the audiologist measured my progress with several hearing tests. I am really grateful to Dr Kandinov and the team at the Williamsburg office that listened and helped me get better.

Patient and kind
My son is on the spectrum, and was not having a good day. Dr.Kandinov was patient and kind. He did the best he could, with in the possibilities of my sons condition. I’m grateful. Most doctors just want us out of the office as soon as possible. Dr.Kandinov took the time to explain his diagnosis, and his recommendation above my sons cries. For ever great full for his kindness.

Super kind and attentive
Dr Kandinov was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and really listened to my concerns. He wasn’t quick to get me out the door and ran extra tests to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend him for any of your ears, nose and throat issues!

Dr. Kandinov was professional and calm and easy to talk with!
Visit was great. The doctor was great. Dr. Kandinov was professional and relaxed, was knowledgeable and did a quick thorough check of my ears and nose.
Only complaint is that I had to wait fifty minutes, but was luckily in no rush!

Pleasant and refreshing
I arrived at least 45mins early and As soon as I walked into suite 201 I was greeted by two wonderful Representatives of the company. I was checked in within minutes and asked if I need help with filling out my medical forms. They asked all clients to wear their masks and if you didn't have one, one was offered to you. That made me feel safe. Not long after was I greeted by another Pleasant representative and escorted to a room and we went through my medical history right away. I wasn't tucked away for minutes waiting to be seen. Right after speaking to the young lady, Dr. Kandinov knocked before he walked in and introduced himself. He was delightful to speak to. He asked questions and didn't interrupt me when I responded or asked him questions. Dr. Kandinov has GREAT bedside manners. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed and that's something you don't get often seeing doctors. I spoke to him about my MRI and he followed up with me within hours. Drs like this I appreciate soooo much.

Dr Kandinov was thorough and very experienced in his field
dr Kandinov made me feel at ease and listened to my experience with an issue with my left ear that has escaped most practitioners. He took his time and asked me a lot of questions to get to the root of the problem rather than just putting a bandaid on the problem.
