A particular Office staff person is belligerent, rude and unprofessional. I left without seeing the Dr and refuse to deal with individual's like this. There were 3 different situations that occurred between myself, my referring physician and this individual that showed her ineptitude. Get it together Doctor, this person is ruining your practice. Upon calling my physician to inform them that I needed another referral they were not surprised due to the treatment we had all received.
