Dr. Shereen Timani-Charkawi, MD

Dr Timani is awesome, very knowledgable, but her office staff is HORRIBLE, and forget about ever talking to Dr. Timani on the phone, because her office staff will make sure that you are never able to. When you insist that you need the doctor to call you back, they will just hang up on you. Very RUDE, and they have no customer service skills at all.

I was a new patient of Dr Timani's. She had a very warm manner and really took time to listen to my concerns. I was in for my annual body scan for moles, and discussed some brown spots. She gave me several samples to try and was very nice about offering advice on other things I could. I had been to another practice in this area, and had to book 3 months in advice to see the doctor, or just go in to see her PA. I was always rushed through and didn't feel like she really wanted to get to know...
