Dr. Marianne Krouk, DO

Always had to wait at appointments, often waited over an hour. Then, ONE TIME we were a few minutes late and the Dr. would not see us and wouldn't even come out of her office to address us herself. Apparently she was trying to become less disorganized on the day that we were late. Office is VERY VERY unorganized. Always a different secretary that doesn't know what they are doing. Dr. is board certified in Psychaitry, but she is not board certified in running an office or in bed side manner...

We have a son who was seen by many other Doctors and was given multiple different diagnosises for him. Dr. Krouk took her time to know him before giving her diagnosis. She has worked with him for over a year now and the changes in him are night and day. She saved not only him but our family as well. The office staff can be difficult at times, but over all they try to help you and your family feel at ease when you are there.
