I was able to get appointment asap. But no one told me what to expect with my surgery. As far as the office and professionalism I would rate them a 0 for not giving accurate information, seems according to all my Insurance EOB it was all about the all mighty dollar. I have 2 Good paying Ins plans and was not given accurate information on that as well. I did tell them the knowledge I had with my Insurance and was assured all was well.
