I was excited to go to see Dr Hao about a Holistic approach to medicine.
For starters - When I walked in to her office, I wasn't greeted. A woman with a very hard to understand accent (NY I think) who appeared unkept & unprofessional ignored my entrance. I approached the front desk and that's when she asked "can I help you honey?" HONEY? REALLY?
After a distasteful beginning, I was leary about seeing the Doctor. If this is who represents her office - what on earth would the Doctor be like?...
