Dr Ponte reviewed my medical record as referred from my primary and decided that I didn't have the correct diagnosis (thryoidism) for him to take me on as a patient and he refused to make an appointment, despite the fact that I have uncontrolled Type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid issues, Hypogonadism and a host of other "endocrinology" symptoms. Since when do doctors turn away patients. New patients beware, if you don't have the right medical diagnosis according to what Dr Ponte is interested in treating you will be turned away.
