Dr. Claudia Rodriguez Galvis, MD

When I first scheduled my appointment with Dr Rodriguez, I was hesitant to see a female doctor, after our first visit, I was pleasantly surprised. Knowledgeable, caring, charismatic and thorough physician!!!! Three adjectives will best describe her: straightforward, intelligent and professional.

I had seen other psychiatrists, whose manner was condescending, inflexible and dismissive. I found Dr Rodriguez to be an easy doctor to talk to!!! She is professional, attentive, and caring. Her time with me was thorough and productive, resulting in the prescription of oral meds for my depression. Dr. Rodriguez is a listener, and demonstrates concern for her patients, she cares about your concerns. I would recommend her unequivocally. She has certainly made the quality of my life much better.

DR Rodriguez has been my doctor for 3 years now...I think she is not only a great psychiatrist but she takes the time to ask about my other medical conditions.... I really enjoy seeing her. She not only helped me with my main problem....she encouraged me to quit smoking and I did!!!! totally disagree with a poor review I read. AD

I would never go back to this doctor. She did not pay attention to what I had to say. Her cell phone kept going off and she did not even excuse herself. This doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional. Spanish is her primary language and her English is not as good as I expected. When I told her about my problems she used it against me and I left feeling worse than I have felt in a while.
