I just called this doctor to complained about a bill that I received from her office. I felt like I was being overcharged for the office visit and when I talked to my PCP, she was very offensive and talked down to me. I was so flabbergasted by what she said and her tone of voice that all I could do was said "bye" at the end of the conversation and be in shock.
