Dr. Goolsby's staff scheduled my appointment time incorrectly, but Dr. Goolsby was kind enough to see me when I came in anyway. However, she did not take x-rays or an MRI of my injury and ended up misdiagnosing me. I went to and paid for 2 appointments with Dr. Goolsby and 12 sessions with a physical therapist before getting a second opinion. The second doctor took x-rays and an MRI on my first visit and correctly diagnosed my injury. Now, I am finally on the road to recovery!
