Dr James is very keen and listened to all of my concerns before making a plan. She discussed the underlying condition and the plan to handle it in detail, and that instantly made me feel comfortable. She is very talented and attentive, and would not hesitate to make enhancements and adjustments to the protocol based on the progress. Best doctor overall, I am very confident in her protocol and approach towards a problem.

Dr. James has been wonderful to work with. From our first consultation, she was very warm, thorough, and made sure I knew my treatment options every step of the way. I appreciated her explaining how pain is interpreted by the brain and that she takes a multifaceted approach that looks at both the nerves and muscles of the pelvic floor separately and how they interact with each other. After feeling hopeless for a treatment that could help outside of surgery, I now feel empowered being a part of my treatment plan to help alleviate my pelvic pain from endometriosis. I know at some point I may need to get surgery, and I'm glad I now have the proper tools to continue to heal my body by focusing on what I can control with my pelvic floor. I have noticed a significant improvement and have pain free days, whereas before I had what felt like a baseline on-going pain that would spike when I had flare ups. I truly feel more in control of my life and am so grateful for Dr. James and her care team!

I had suffered from endometriosis since my first period, constant pain and heavy flow. i was diagnoses 2014 with stage 4 endometriosis and under go about surgery with pain going away maybe for a few month before it came back. after a lot of research i found the Pelvic Rehabilitation clinic and my life change my pain went from a 10+ to a 3 where i am able to manage and live life. I can't say enough good things about this place, but to give it a try it is worth it.

She is thoughtful, patient, understanding, generous with her time. Overall I cannot scream louder how amazing Dr James is.
