I was looking for a new obgyn at 29weeks pregnant because my previous doctor has acted very poorly towards my pregnancy, considering that this should be my second pregnancy with her, and I was considered high-risk on my first. I've called many doctor's offices but unfortunately, they are not accepting anyone beyond 24-25weeks pregnant. The office of Dr. Laurie Asato was the only clinic I called who asked my reason of transferring. They understood my situation and put me on schedule right away. That alone is a great relief for me. During my check-up, the staff are very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Asato herself is very nice. Her phone rang twice, and excused herself to take the calls. It was not a big deal that she left me over a call, it was actually a plus for me coz I know if I call her, she would take my call too. She was very informative. I've learned things I never knew during my first pregnancy. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and relatives.
